The Lounge Cars

The lounge cars of the Al Andalus Train are designed with style and elegance, but with all the comforts, a warm and cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the scenery. Each car has panoramic windows that offer some spectacular views during the journey through the Andalusian lands.

Gastronomy

As for the food, you will enjoy a selection of gourmet dishes, made with fresh and local ingredients, served in the panoramic dining room. Accompanied by a wide variety of drinks, including quality Spanish wines and beers.

Services

In addition to the dining car, a variety of services and amenities are also offered on board, such as a bar, a library… On all visits, you will be accompanied by a tour guide, so you can better understand the cities and sites you visit.

Traveling on the Al Andalus Train

A trip on one of the most important luxury historic trains in the world, such as the Al Andalus train, has become the most comfortable way to travel. Besides being able to visit different places without the need to pack and unpack, since our own train is the accommodation, we can enjoy what life on board the train represents: contemplating the landscape while traveling in a relaxed way, savoring the rich gastronomy in the restaurant lounges, and having fun with the entertainment offered at night.

The journey on the luxury Al Andalus train through Andalusia has become as exciting as discovering the destination itself. Life on board the train also takes center stage, as you can enjoy all its facilities during the trip. The so-called lounge cars offer all the options for traveling comfortably while we contemplate all the beautiful landscapes of the route. An ideal place would be the lounge car (lounge with panoramic windows); the bar car also offers the possibility to have a snack and see the landscape; the dining car is perfect for enjoying buffet breakfasts and some meals. Each day you will wake up in a different place, with unique landscapes from the comfort of your suite.
Life on board during the day, whether we are on the train or making scheduled visits, we recommend comfortable clothing and footwear. In the evening, the attire is more formal.

In the dining car of the Al Andalus train, and in the selected restaurants along the route, you can enjoy the best gastronomic experiences. Do not forget that Andalusia represents a globally recognized culinary tradition. Local specialties are present throughout the journey.

Meals and dinners alternate on board in the elegant dining lounges of the Al Andalus train, with a selection of the best restaurants along the route. An exquisite culinary offering, accompanied by the best wines from Spain’s wine appellations.

After dinner, there is the option to enjoy live performances or dancing on board, although you can also choose to have a quiet drink in another of the lounge cars. We can always get off the train and stroll in the place where we are.

Personalized Attention

Personalized attention in several languages is provided by a large part of the on-board service staff, 24 hours a day: waiters, hostesses, cleaning staff… The team is led by an expedition leader.
To facilitate rest, the train always remains stationary at the station during the night.
